Externato Nossa Senhora da Assunção is a small Catholic school in central Cascais, run by the Salesian Sisters. It teaches pré-escolar and 1.º ciclo, with after-school care (CATL).
Teaching follows the Portuguese national curriculum. In 1.º ciclo the monthly fee includes English, PE and music, and some school materials. Extras include taekwondo. Children can have the school lunch or bring their own.
